BIG POUR Stout

Our Stout is a thick and smoky stout. We use vanilla in the fermenter to soften the strong flavours of the bold malts used, which creates a very smooth finishing stout. Using local hops to balance this stout allows for a subtle seasonal change as the availability of noble hops varies.

ABV: 5.8%

IBU: 28

Ingredients: Water, 2Row, Chocolate Malt, Roasted Barley, Flaked Oats, Wheat Malt, Vanilla, US-05

Hops: Cascade, Northern Brewer or Hallertau (depends on local supply)
